Aaron Furphy 
- Owner of Mourne Management Systems

Aaron Furphy is the owner and founder of Mourne Management Systems. 

He has been a practitioner of the chartered quality institute. Aaron has had a vast amount of experience from front end business development, material planning, and right through to operational planning and outputs at a senior management level. Aaron’s specific area of expertise is within the aerospace and defence supply chain sector, mainly focused on business management and quality planning; however this does not limit his capabilities as he has a proven track record of system implementations in other engineering sectors and public service organisations. 

Aaron has a passion for seeing businesses achieve their maximum potential and to push boundaries when implementing systems to enhance business improvements and quality.

Aaron works as an associate adviser for a consultancy firm based in Northern Ireland and has multiple partnerships with some of the largest certification bodies across the world.
